Green Weddings

Herron House supports the commitment that many brides and grooms have towards the environment.  With all of his extensive vendor contacts in the flower industry, John can find just about any flower you want sustainably or organically grown.  He might even use some organic flowers out of his own garden!  Herron House has experience with green weddings in the Triad and can help to make your Green Wedding come true!

Herron House's first Green Wedding took place in April 2008.  Organic ranunculus, roses, hydrangea, and special ferns and trimmings were the focus for the design.  Delicate bridesmaid bouquets were understated and unique, and the bride's bouquet was accented with green and pink to compliment the outdoor setting.  The bride and groom were extremely happy with the quality, variety, and design of all the floral arrangements.  And of course, they were glad to make a positive impact on the environment with organic flowers from Herron House.
